Subscription Policy

Premium Plan

PlutusLearning Premium costs $3 USD when you subscribe and $3 USD each month afterward, plus applicable taxes. Premium currently includes unlimited quizzes and the courses, lessons, study guides, and missions marked Premium, with Premium access available when signed in to the subscribed account on supported devices.

Automatic Renewal

Premium is a recurring monthly subscription. Stripe charges the payment method selected at checkout when the subscription begins and automatically on the same billing date each month until you cancel. There is no free trial. Your exact next billing date appears in your Profile and Stripe billing portal after purchase.

We send any renewal or price-change notices required by applicable law. For subscriptions that remain active for a year, our annual reminder identifies the plan, monthly price, billing frequency, next billing date, and the online cancellation method.

Consent and Confirmation

Before Stripe requests payment information, we display the price, renewal frequency, included features, cancellation deadline and method, and links to the governing legal terms next to an unchecked consent box. Checkout cannot begin until you expressly agree. If the purchaser is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize the purchase.

After successful checkout, PlutusLearning emails a retainable acknowledgment listing the plan, price, billing frequency, next billing date when available, cancellation deadline and method, access after cancellation, refund policy, and support contact. Stripe may also provide a separate receipt.

Canceling

You may cancel online at any time. To prevent the next charge, cancel before the next monthly billing date shown in your Profile or Stripe billing portal. Premium members can sign in, open Profile, choose Cancel membership, review the short cancellation summary, and continue directly to Stripe's confirmation. The cancellation option is only shown for an account with an active Premium membership. This online method is available through the same website used to subscribe and does not require a phone call. If the online control is unavailable, email us promptly so we can assist.

Cancellation stops future renewals and Premium remains available through the current paid billing period. We email a cancellation confirmation after Stripe records the change. Canceling Premium does not delete your free PlutusLearning account or saved learning progress.

Refunds

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation. We will review duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges, exceptional circumstances, and situations where a refund is required by law.

Premium members may submit an optional refund-review request from the cancellation page. Select a reason and optionally include the approximate charge date. We will confirm receipt and email you after review. Never provide a full card number, password, government identification number, or Social Security number. A refund request does not itself cancel future renewal charges; cancellation must be confirmed separately.

Failed Payments and Changes

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and Premium access may be limited or ended. We will provide advance notice before a material subscription change. Before charging an increased recurring price, we will obtain any affirmative consent required by law or provide the cancellation and refund rights required by law. Taxes may change based on law or location.
